At The Butchers Reserve we are happy to provide the availability of collection to everyone at our processing unit. We also offer next day nationwide delivery to the UK mainland in our specialist thermal packaging.

How it works

Once The Butchers Reserve has received your order you will receive an email with your order confirmation. We will then start processing your order. A couple of days before order completion, we will contact you to confirm a delivery date and any information needed for the driver (e.g safe place).

Once your order is with the courier you will receive a text from us confirming departure and a text from the courier confirming delivery for the next morning. While working closely with our brilliant courier service we understand that there can be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control with deliveries. In these abnormal instances we make it our priority to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
